ZF WG powershift transmission offers everything technicallypossible to make wheel loader application more efficient,effectiveand safe. Through modular design,WG transmission can be tailored toexact technical needs.Depending on application and maximumspeed,there is a choice for 3 or 4 forward and reverse gears.Sincewheel loader work 30% of the time in reverse,closed gear steppingin forwards and reverse are particularly important for efficiencyand service life.
4WG200 transmission can be supplied with semi or fully automaticshift control system.The operator is relieved of routine manualgearshifts the transmission gears being engaged automaticallyincreasing transmission efficiency and service life especiallyduring reversing operation. Pressure cut-off system can switch fullenglie power to shovel for improved working characteristicsparticular for wheel loader application.1 or 2 engine dependentPTOs are capable of using full engine power,output flanges forvarious shafts, parking brakes,axle disconnection and speedometerdrive connection are also available.
For ZF range select DW-3,which has 2control direction“Forward-Neutral-Reverse” by pull(or push)the shift lever;anddefferent gears can be set by turning the shifting lever.Thers isgears lock for neutral position.
Kick-down Function(only available at 1st and 2nd gears)on ZFrange selector offer an easy and comfortable operation system forwheel loader drivers,during the operation.
